Discovering Leadership: Authenticity, Action and Responsibility

This four-day non-residential conference provided the opportunity for members to immerse themselves in the experience of understanding the kinds of processes that influence organisational life, for better or worse; the opportunity to learn from their experience as individuals in a group context, and to contribute to the learning of others.

Staff were there in both a management and a consulting role to support the learning of the whole system, to ensure that the programme of events runs as designed and on time, and to offer observations about what may be going on within the system under the surface.
