Ein intensives, vier Tages Seminar in Führung, agile Selbstorganisation, Entscheidungsprozesse und Delegation, Selbstmanagement in Rollen, Umgang mit Macht und Erkennen der eigenen Autorität. Es ist sehr schön zu sehen, wie über die Tage sich unsere Teilnehmenden verändern, lernen, unbewusste Muster im Umgang mit anderen und eigene Herausforderungen, Dynamiken in Teams erkennen und beginnen, diese zu meistern. Ein tolles Format, was uns als Faculty im Staff hilft, auch unsere Rollen zu reflektieren und zu entwickeln. Für unsere Teilnehmenden aus dem selben Unternehmen bot dieses orgLAB die Chance, Beziehungen zu überprüfen, Chancen und Ressourcen zu entdecken und dies als Impulse für ihre eigene Unternehmensentwicklung mit zu nehmen.

We have completed our 23rd oezpa-orgLAB (MIO – People in Organisations). An intensive four-day Group Relations Conference (GRC) in leadership, agile self-organisation, decision-making processes and delegation, self-management in roles, dealing with power and recognising one’s own authority. It is very nice to see how over the days our participants change, learn, recognise unconscious patterns in dealing with others and their own challenges, dynamics in teams and start to master them.
A great experiential learning format that helps us as faculty (staff) to reflect and develop our roles as well. For a part of our participants from the same company, this orgLAB offered the chance to review relationships, discover opportunities and resources and take this with them as impulses for their own organisational development.
It was again particularly insightful for me to be able to lead such an orgLAB for the 23rd time as director. Again and again we build in small, innovative parts and gain new insights into the way organisations work. Thank you to everyone involved and to my staff.
