The Conference is conducted in the Tavistock tradition, it offers opportunities to learn about authority, leadership, and the roles individuals take in groups, consciously and unconsciously. The Conference takes place at Vilnius University in the heart of old town Vilnius.
Lithuania is a nation that has always been at the crossroads between East and West. Still metabolizing the trauma of twentieth century atrocities and occupation it now faces the challenge of re-establishing its identity as a strong, independent, open nation. Its complex identity struggles mirror those taking place in many countries around the world.
