„We live in a world in which ways of thinking and acting, and how we identify with them, seem more polarized. How we identify ourselves in the systems in which we live and work is loaded with meaning. The possibility of holding more than one point of view in mind is often challenged and can result in our splitting to support polarized views. These polarities can accentuate and accelerate isolation and distance among individuals and groups, or result in strong individual and group purpose and association, making it difficult to coexist, find meaning and navigate an increasingly connected world. Join to explore the polarities of today’s organizations and the society in which they are embedded, both on and below the surface.“
